INSTITUTIONAL FOCUS, RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION & PROPER USE OF DESIGNATED PLATFORMS

THINK-HOME • INVEST-HOME • BUILD-HOME AKU-RURU-ULO — “LET WEALTH RETURN HOME.”

The Management of the Igbo Think-Home Development Initiative (Igbo Economic Initiative) hereby issues this Public Notice to all members, partners, stakeholders, supporters and participants concerning the proper use and institutional purpose of the Initiative's designated communication platforms.

The Initiative is established to advance the development philosophy of Think-Home • Invest-Home • Build-Home and the guiding principle Aku-Ruru-Ulo — “Let Wealth Return Home.”

Its purpose is to encourage Ndi Igbo at home and across the global diaspora to channel appropriate capital, knowledge, expertise, technology, enterprise, innovation and professional capacity towards productive and sustainable development across Alaigbo.

STRICT PLATFORM FOCUS

All designated platforms of the Initiative exist for specific institutional purposes. Accordingly, posts, comments, discussions, advertisements and other contributions are expected to be relevant to the aims, objectives, programmes, activities and developmental agenda of the Initiative.

Members and participants are therefore respectfully requested to refrain from using designated platforms for matters unrelated to the Initiative or capable of diverting attention from its principal mission.

WARNING AGAINST DISTRACTION AND SABOTAGE

Management wishes to make its position clear:

Persistent promotion of irrelevant matters that distract from the objectives of the Initiative will be regarded as institutional distraction.

Where conduct is deliberate, persistent and demonstrably intended to frustrate, discredit, obstruct or undermine the legitimate programmes and objectives of the Initiative, such conduct may be regarded as institutional sabotage and may attract appropriate administrative action.

This position is not intended to suppress legitimate participation. Constructive questions, professional advice, good-faith criticism, suggestions and responsible disagreement remain welcome, provided they are relevant, respectful and directed towards improving the work of the Initiative.

WHAT WE SHOULD BE PROMOTING

Members are encouraged to contribute constructively to matters relating to:

• productive investment and enterprise development;
• industrialisation, manufacturing and agriculture;
• technology and innovation;
• infrastructure and economic development;
• youth empowerment and human-capital development;
• employment and wealth creation;
• diaspora investment and engagement;
• strategic partnerships and community development;
• project development and funding; and
• the Think-Home Development Fund (THDF).

OUR COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY

The Think-Home vision is not merely a slogan. It represents a development consciousness through which:

The Initiative therefore calls upon all members and stakeholders to ensure that their participation contributes positively to this collective mission.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION

Management reserves the right, in accordance with applicable institutional rules and procedures, to moderate, remove or otherwise address posts, comments or activities that are irrelevant, disruptive, abusive, misleading or inconsistent with the objectives of the Initiative.

Repeated or deliberate conduct that materially undermines the Initiative may result in appropriate administrative measures.

This Public Notice is issued in the interest of institutional discipline, strategic focus, responsible participation and the protection of the collective mission of the Igbo Think-Home Development Initiative.

The objective is not to silence legitimate voices, but to ensure that our collective voices, resources, knowledge and energy remain focused on building a stronger economic future for Alaigbo and creating a lasting legacy for generations yet unborn.
