This notice constitutes an official administrative directive to all affected members.

2. EFFECT OF SUSPENSION

During the period of suspension, every affected member shall be denied all applicable membership rights, privileges and benefits reserved for members in good financial standing.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Official membership rights and recognition;

An affected member shall not exercise or represent himself or herself as being in good financial standing while the suspension remains in force.

3. RESTORATION OF MEMBERSHIP STATUS

Any affected member may seek restoration of full membership status by fully regularising the outstanding 2025/2026 Annual Membership Dues and complying with the applicable administrative requirements.

Restoration of membership rights and benefits shall take effect only after the member's compliance has been verified and formally acknowledged by the appropriate authority of the Council.

4. PURPOSE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURE

The Management emphasises that this measure is not intended to embarrass, intimidate or unfairly punish any member. It is necessary to promote institutional discipline, financial accountability, fairness, transparency and responsible administration.

All members are expected to honour the financial and other responsibilities attached to membership.
